Kiss Her

Joseph watched Rowena as she came out of the grocery store, her hair was plastered down in the rain and he quickly rushed to take the bags and put them in the trunk of the car with the shopping he had just completed. There were people in all directions as everyone rushed about in the rain to be ready for Easter. They were both soaked through, and to Joseph, Rowena had never looked more beautiful. He moved in and cupped her cheeks between his hands and pulled her close, his lips brushing hers gently at first but the moment she responded to the kiss he deepened it. She parted her lips and he kissed her passionately.

People looked at them, people avoided looking at them, this couple kissing so vigorously in such a public place as the parking lot. Joseph did not care who saw though, Rowena was his, and he was hers. They loved each other so wholeheartedly and he did not care who knew. In fact, he wanted everyone to know. He would kiss her every opportunity so everyone knew that he loved his woman, and she was off the market to anyone else.
